Should you need to contact your monitoring station, please follow the instructions below:

If your account starts with BJ or B7, you are monitored by COPS Monitoring.  Telephone # 800-633-2677

If your account has seven (7) digits and starts with a 2, you are monitored by Rapid Response.  Telephone # 800-932-3822

If you account has seven (7) digits and does not start with a 2, you are monitored by Affiliated Central.  Telephone #800-434-4000.
