An emergency service request is defined as same day and/or after normal business hours.
Listed below is our current charge for Emergency Service.
Cost: $124.50 per technician/hour plus Travel Cost: $45.00 per hour/travel time

Holiday Emergency Service

Emergency Service needed on a National Holiday
Listed below is our current charge for Emergency-Holiday Service.
Cost: $160.00 per technician/hour plus Cost: $60.00 per hour/travel time

Payment

TW Systems requires full payment within thirty days (30) from the date of invoice.  In the event full payment is not received on time, TW Systems shall impose finance charges each month until the invoice is paid.  All unpaid invoices are subject to be forwarded to our collection agency when delinquency is deemed.  COD Payment terms can be applied at anytime after delinquency.
