Standard Service

Standard Service requested by you the customer shall be completed within (5) business days unless determined to be completed at a later time.  Service will take place during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.  We operate Monday through Friday unless otherwise stated.  Standard Service is classified as service needed within a thirty-five (35) mile radius of our office.  TW Systems shall not be responsible for services rendered by a third party or acts of God.  Any services rendered by a third party shall void TW Systems warranty.

Listed below is our current charge for Standard Service.

Cost: $83.00 per technician/hour
Fuel:    $10.00 Trip Charge (When Applicable)

Standard Service Outside Thirty-Five (35) Mile Radius

Standard Service is service requested by you during our normal Business hours.  Traveling outside our normal Thirty-Five (35) mile radius will add an additional travel expense to the service work being completed. 

Listed below is our current charge for Standard Service outside Thirty-Five (35) mile radius.
Cost: $83.00 per technician/hour plus Cost: $45.00 per hour/travel time

Payment

TW Systems requires full payment within thirty days (30) from the date of invoice.  In the event full payment is not received on time, TW Systems shall impose finance charges each month until the invoice is paid.  All unpaid invoices are subject to be forwarded to our collection agency when delinquency is deemed.  COD Payment terms can be applied at anytime after delinquency.
