Technical Support

Our technicians are trained annually for overall industry updates and as needed when new technology and/or regulations are released. They are also registered with the DCJS.
Customer Service – TW Systems has service technicians on call 24/7. We also offer service plans.

Standard Service

Standard Service requested shall be completed within (5) business days unless agreed upon to be completed at a later time.

Service will take place during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.  We operate Monday through Friday unless otherwise stated.

Standard service is classified as service needed within a thirty-five (35) mile radius of our office, located in Mechanicsville, Virginia.

TW Systems shall not be responsible for services rendered by a third party or acts of God.  Any services rendered by a third party shall void TW Systems warranty.

Listed below is our current charge for standard service, as defined above,  inside thirty-five (35) mile radius:
Cost: $110.00 per technician/hour while on job site

Listed below is our current charge for standard service, as defined above, outside thirty-five (35) mile radius:
Cost: $110.00 per technician/hour while on job site
Plus Travel Cost: $61.00 per hour/travel time

 

Emergency Service

An emergency service request to be run within 24 hours of when the request was made:
Cost: $142.50 per technician/hour on job site
Plus Travel Cost: $61.00 per hour/travel time

An emergency service request to be run the same day and/or after normal business hours the request was made:
Cost: $190 per technician/hour on job site
Plus Travel Cost: $61.00 per hour/travel time

 

Holiday Emergency Service

Emergency service needed on a national recognized holiday 
are:
Cost: $180 per technician/hour on job site
Plus Travel Cost: $61.00 per hour/travel time
